Orders can be made via this website. All items subject to availability. An equivalent alternative will be sent in its place if not available.
Deliveries
Orders will usually be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt, however please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
Please be aware that the Covid-19 pandemic may cause unforeseen delays in the delivery system at different times.
Our couriers only deliver during working hours so if you cannot be available to accept a parcel, please provide an alternative delivery address or details of where your parcel can be safely left.
Due to the weight of sending glass jars the delivery charge is set at 6.50 euro for all orders of 1 to 48 products to Ireland (including Northern Ireland).
Delivery to the UK is unavailable at present.
International orders carry a specific carriage charge dependent on the country. We would advise international customers to email us and we will arrange a postal delivery quote for you and the amount charged will reflect the exact cost for the weight of the parcel.
Returns and Cancellation Policy
Any claims for shortages or breakages must be made by email to info@filligans.ie within two days of delivery, or expected delivery date if claim for non-delivery. Filligans will take care and attention to packing breakable items and in the event there is damage during transit, the company will be responsible to replace the broken item.
If you want to cancel your order you can email us at info@filligans.ie. Money will be refunded if notice is received by Filligans within 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Filligans will be unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched. We do not accept liability for any errors arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information. However Please email: info@filligans.ie within 5 days with any queries or concerns you may have in relation to the products you have sent or received.
Returns
We will accept any goods returned unopened and undamaged for a full refund. Please note the customer will be liable for any postage fees.
Faults
In the unlikely event that you have a fault with any of our products please contact the office on 0749551628 immediately. Retain the jar or item and make a note of the batch number – all our products are handmade and may differ slightly from batch to batch.
